I would recommend to check the original video post on the Telegraph.co.uk youtube channel of the event. If the video is boogey, its a really bad joke on the part of this "serious" newspaper corp

ReplyDeleteAccording to http://www.goodyearblimp.co.uk/category/news/ the blimp will be at the Olympic Games. So with this info I would say it may be the blimp we are seeing here...
