  7. The principles used in these lawsuits are amazingly powerful. (My wife and I recently discharged all our credit card debt simply because the so-called creditors were unable to produce any proof of a legal contract.) These lawsuits are not frivolous and will play their part in the great untangling of our so-called economic situation. We are dealing with paper dragons when all is said and done and we notice the nature of the emperor's new clothes, so to speak. Perhaps it will be easier for us to begin deciding what it is that we really want our economy to do once we have been relieved of the manipulations of a select few...actually, I'm sure of it.

  8. If this was false, wouldn't ANY of these named people fight back and sue for "defamation of character" or "libel" or some such legality? Maybe I am lost or stupid, but this only makes this whole thing weirder and weirder. I mean, aren't these "important" people supposedly? Personally I hope they ALL burn in hell, but I'm curious about the non-reply from any of them, or the shills calling BS-but if it is a REAL court case, again (?) on the one sided non-reply. I mean dare anyone hope it is real? But anyone who can reply here with their thoughts, I would really appreciate it.     1. I completely agree with you. 2 months remain and all seems like nothing has changed. We've been told repeatedly that "the event","mass arrests", disclosure, aliens landing, etc. will happen "soon". So god damn annoying. Why is the "cabal" still using HAARP? I thought that was shutdown? Chem trails? Still going on. What the heck? Are all these channelings and info, disinfo? I have no idea. I guess I'll just wait and see. Waiting waiting waiting. I would love for this to be true, but I need concrete proof here, I need something to happen, where I can tell my friends and family about this without looking like a maniac. Keep your light shining Anon :) We are undoing 7,000 - 10,000 years of imbalance and returning to our natural state as Free Men and Women walking the Earth, as is the right of all creations on this planet, to Live and Be Free. There are bound to be hurdles and disappointments :( This is a long karmic history that we are unravelling right now !!

      The Monetary or Gold system was put in place to keep us slaves. Our Masters realised the manifold benefits in convincing us that we are free when we have money. All along, it's THEIR money system and as long as we AGREE to holding their money, we WILL be their slaves. We ALL need to be bold enough to relinquish money... and realise that all of our needs are met already because this is the purpose of our Planet Earth... to freely supply ALL of our needs.       Humans were never 'designed' to be money handlers. We are 'designed' to help, love, protect and care for each other and all of creation. This is our 'greater' charge... not to 'make money' which is the symbol of our slavery.

      Also, I wanted to mention Anon. that this Lawsuit was filed last Friday... and today (in NZ anyway) is only Monday. Plus... THEY OWN the media !!! And They are hardly going to 'advertise' their demise now, are they ??? :)

  10. I saw this, we are joining it. It's legit, and it's a MASS ACTION suit, NOT CLASS ACTION. as each plaintiff gets a settlement they with draw from the case.

    The case is known Abeel v. Bank of America, NY Southern District Court.

    Their fee's are very reasonable to join. It depends on your mortgage amount, equals to about 3 months of your mortgage is how they calculate it.

    B of A has already settled out-of-court with Plaintiffs against it.

  11. As a participating Plaintiff in this suit, we can tell you the following: (1.) This is NOT a class action suit; (2.) This is a Mass Tort Action, meaning that the Defendents cannot settle outside court and buy us off; (3.) This constitutes a matter of a court trial procedure. The original pleading was filed in April, 2012, with this amended pleading added to the original, coming to a total 0f 900 plus pages now filed.
    We are unable to say more (and will not) per advice of the attorneys and the documents signed between us, the Plaintiffs, and Spire Law Group, LLP.
    We will see this to the end as we do not consent to be frigged any longer
